About Art of Self







Art of Self is a school of restoring and maintaining physical, mental and emotional fitness. 

Regular Art of Self classes consist of two hours of general fitness routines, martial arts techniques and various breathing exercises. Wellness group classes are one hour long and do not include martial arts practice.
